Terms and conditions

Sales and Delivery Terms (B2B)

These general sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries of products and/or services from Tariff ApS. The delivery terms are mutually binding for Tariff ApS and the Buyer unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Tariff ApS is not bound by conditions stated by the Buyer that differ from these delivery terms unless such conditions are agreed upon in writing between Tariff ApS and the Buyer.

 

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT, public duties of any kind, transport, handling fees, etc. Prices are stated in Tariff ApS’s current price list or in the provided order confirmation. Prices may be adjusted without notice. For printing and logo printing tasks, a startup fee is usually charged, even if it is not listed in the price list. The Buyer is solely responsible for any errors not corrected in the submitted proof. Prices offered by Tariff ApS are valid for 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Ordering
Orders are only binding for Tariff ApS once the Buyer has received written (including electronic) confirmation from Tariff ApS. By placing an order with Tariff ApS, you accept receiving our newsletter, which can be unsubscribed. Any discrepancies in order confirmations must be reported within 2 working days, as any completed work is the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

Delivery
Delivery will be made directly from the main warehouse to the delivery address stated in the order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times may vary from 2–4 days for stock items, and 7–14 days for made-to-order products, including those with custom print. For special or custom orders or backordered items, delivery may take longer than 14 days, in which case the Buyer will be informed by email or phone. Please note that delivery times are subject to change.

 

Ownership

All goods remain the property of Tariff ApS until full payment has been received.

 

Right of Complaint

There is a 12-month warranty on all products purchased from Tariff ApS. Any defects or faults must be reported to Tariff ApS immediately after being discovered. Visible defects must be reported before installation/use of the item, as soon as possible and no later than 8 days after delivery. Ordinary wear and tear and discoloration are not covered under the warranty. We also reserve the right to make changes to the type/font/material of products during production. Complaints must be submitted in writing to tariff@tariffpricing.com.
If the product is found to be undamaged or the error cannot be verified based on the customer's description, the product will be returned and the customer will be invoiced a minimum of DKK 250 excl. VAT + shipping/transport to cover administrative costs. A new warranty period does not apply to replacements. The Buyer cannot claim compensation for loss of operations, loss of profit, installation costs, or other indirect losses due to defects or delays. Any refund or compensation shall never exceed the value of the product.

 

Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time of receipt and only if the item is complete and in unopened packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. If the item is damaged during return or deteriorates due to inadequate packaging, the right of withdrawal is forfeited. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return meets the conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days. However, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made orders, including printing/branding tasks and other "tailor-made" orders. Product samples returned to Tariff ApS may be invoiced. Tariff ApS reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 5% (min. DKK 50.00) of the purchase price upon cancellation, even if the item has not been shipped.

 

Product Liability

Tariff ApS assumes responsibility according to applicable law but accepts no liability beyond what is required by law. Tariff ApS is not liable for operating losses, time lost, loss of profit, or similar indirect losses, and is not responsible for damages to objects or buildings that AHB Danmark's products are part of or connected to.

 

Liability
Tariff ApS disclaims any responsibility for typographical errors, pricing errors, illustration/photo errors, system errors, sold-out items, backorders, or delivery delays.


Force Majeure
If delivery, timely delivery, or fault-free delivery is prevented or delayed by events beyond Tariff ApS’s control — including but not limited to labor disputes, operational disruptions, transport issues, or third-party failures — Tariff ApS is entitled to postpone delivery or cancel the order in whole or in part without liability by notifying the Buyer as soon as possible.

Disputes
Any dispute arising between the parties shall be resolved through arbitration unless Tariff ApS decides that the matter should be handled by the Danish courts.
